Please follow these procudures to reset Wi-Fi password:

1. Make sure camera is on.
2. Remove the Micro SD card from the camera.
3. Press the power button 5 times in 5 seconds to restart the camera. And the Wi-Fi password will reset to factory setting "12345678."

Remark: Resetting will not wipe photos or videos stored on your camera.
